We have arranged the room as agreed and everything is ready for you, but nothing is as changeable as humans and Cape Doorn is always prepared for that. You will therefore be received by one of our employees who will show you around Cape Doorn and go through the program with you.
 
You can discuss a change in the program with her, report a changed number of participants or add additional catering in the form of a snack, for example, to the program. All our experienced employees are responsive to last-minute changes to make the day run smoothly for you so you can focus on the content of your meeting.
 
After the day has been discussed, one of our technical employees can support you with the AV resources if necessary.
 
Once everything has been discussed, you can relax and wait for your participants with a cup of coffee or tea in our Grand Café.
