Sustainable, social corporate responsibility

 
Since being founded in 1994, Kaap Doorn Conference Centre has been a company that focuses on Corporate Responsibility in the broadest sense. In recent years there has been more of a focus on sustainability in the business world and we discovered that we were actually already doing many positive things. There is, of course, always room for improvement, so we set ourselves the goal of taking an even more critical look at our business operations.
 
We applied for a Golden Green Key in 2010 and this was awarded to us after the first inspection. Of course, it doesn’t stop here. For example, we have implemented a variety of measures in terms of organic food, energy and water and cleaning. We also have a personnel policy which ensures that people like working for us and that they give us many years of service.
 
In addition to the Green Key measures, we have implemented many other measures. When making decisions, we always look for the most sustainable option.
